Butchery is one of the oldest industries in the world but techniques and skills have evolved! If you're looking to improve your butchery skills, I offer comprehensive training that covers all aspects of the trade. My training includes not only knife skills but also information on sourcing, animal welfare, and sustainable practices within the industry. Whether you're a complete newbie or a seasoned professional, my training can help you stay current with the latest trends and techniques in butchery.


I cater to training individuals, teams in stores or larger classroom environments, and can even offer online training via video link if I am not able to be with you in person. I am able to travel internationally to deliver training and especially have experience in teaching different cultures how to butcher the Western cuts which might not be so well known to locally trained staff. 


My butcher training includes:

If you're located overseas, no problem! I am able to travel internationally to deliver training - one of unique traits is my experiences in teaching various cultures how to butcher Western cuts, which may not be familiar to locally trained staff.
